Question: Can teachers’
comments help children to revise?
Answer: “Indicated
that prompting revision by teacher probes can produce better writing than can
more generalized comments.” A Robinson. 1985. P. 427.
Comment: Not sure what is meant by “teacher probes.”
But I can guess. If the comments produce revision, they are “teacher probes.”
